Troy Eiken
Director
MMC Consulting was established when founding director Troy Eiken decided to help others understand and gain the benefits of modern methods of construction.
Troy Eiken started his career in the construction industry over 20 years ago. After joining one of Australia’s most successful high-rise modular building companies his love for the modular sector began. He has worked on projects in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and China. Troy has held senior management positions in some of Australia’s largest and most recognised modular building companies before launching his own consulting business.
Troy’s training in lean practices and works with many of Australia’s largest builders on implementing MMC practices . His approach comes from his vast real world practical experience. MMC Consulting helps companies producing pre finished volumetric modular systems, closed wall panelised systems and bathroom PODS.
Late in 2018 a partnership has formed to add strategic knowledge in the construction management of modular buiding projects with the addition of Craig Millar as a director.
